1. Booking:
   a. Hotel can be booked by making the full payment of the total rental amount.
   b. All payments should be made via our website payment system.
   
   
2. Cancellation Policy:
   a. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the check-in date, the rental amount will be refunded, less a $20 handling fee.
   b. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay plus a $20 handling fee.
   c. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, no refunds will be given.
   d. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.
   
   
3. Refund Process
   a. Once the cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
   b. A $20 handling fee will be deducted from the total rental amount refunded.
   c. Depending on the bank and country, it may take up to 10-15 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
   
   
4. Check-in and Check-out:
   a. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
   b. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.
   
   
5. Occupancy:
   a. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the hotel.
   b. No events or parties are allowed without prior approval from the hotel management.
   
   
6. House Rules:
   a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel room.
   b. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel room.
   c. Guests are expected to keep the hotel and its surroundings clean and tidy.
   d. Any damage caused to the hotel or its contents must be reported to the hotel management immediately.
   e. Guests are expected to respect the privacy and tranquility of the hotel and its neighbors.
   
   
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republik Indonesia.
   b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kabupaten Singaraja, Bali.
